HOW IS CEREMONIA JEWELLERY MADE?
Each piece is handcrafted to order by a small team in our Byron based studio. Our process blends traditional silversmithing with modern refinement, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Every creation carries the quiet signature of the maker’s hand.
DO YOU KEEP STOCK ON HAND?
All CEREMONIA jewellery is made to order. This approach allows us to craft each piece with intention and avoid overproduction. Your piece is created especially for you.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Each piece is made by hand in our studio. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is complete and on its way.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM OR BESPOKE DESIGNS?
Yes — we can adjust lengths, sizing, or modify existing designs to your preference. For bespoke or custom enquiries, contact our studio at hello@weareceremonia.com.
HOW DO I FIND MY RING OR NECKLACE SIZE?

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We work exclusively with solid sterling silver (925). Each piece is designed to age gracefully, developing a soft patina that reflects the story of its wearer.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfume, or abrasive surfaces. Remove jewellery before swimming or physical activity. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush, then pat dry and store in its pouch provided. For a professional clean, contact our studio.
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS OR POLISHING?
Yes — we provide in-studio cleaning and repair services for all CEREMONIA pieces. Email hello@weareceremonia.com with details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Once complete, your order will ship with tracking and signature upon delivery. We offer both domestic and international shipping, with rates calculated at checkout.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with proof for a repair or replacement.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can include a handwritten note upon request. Simply add your message at checkout.
IS CEREMONIA SUSTAINABLE?
Sustainability is at the core of our process. Each piece is made to order, reducing waste and overproduction. Our sterling silver is responsibly sourced, and our packaging is fully recyclable or reusable.
