Warranty Policy

CEREMONIA, ABN 42 880 804 549 (the “site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to the quality of our jewellery. All pieces purchased directly from us are covered by a six (6) month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and defects.

 


 

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or breakage caused by the customer.

  • General wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, fading, or patina development.

  • Any repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by a jeweller or service provider not authorised by CEREMONIA.

For items qualifying under this warranty, we will cover all associated repair or replacement costs.

After the six-month warranty period, we offer a lifetime repair service for a reasonable fee, allowing you to maintain and enjoy your jewellery indefinitely.

 


 

Jewellery Care

To maintain your jewellery in optimal condition:

  • Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

  • Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and other harsh chemicals.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@weareceremonia.com with:

  • Proof of purchase (your online order number is sufficient).

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item.

We may request that the item be returned to us for assessment. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will either:

  • Replace the item; or

  • Issue store credit, at our discretion.

Purchases made through a third-party stockist must be returned directly to the stockist along with proof of purchase for assessment in accordance with their policies.
