Ceremonia, ABN 42 880 804 549 (the “site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our handmade jewellery. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 


 

General Returns Policy

All pieces of Ceremonia jewellery are individually handmade. As such, please ensure you carefully consider your selection before purchasing.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@weareceremonia.com to discuss your concerns. We will endeavour to accommodate your needs wherever reasonably possible.

Full-price items may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card within 14 days of purchase.

 


 

Returns Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition.

  • Include proof of purchase.

  • Be returned within 14 days of the dispatch date.

  • Be in the original packaging.

 


 

Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Earrings, due to hygiene considerations.

  • Custom or bespoke items designed specifically for the customer, including items with custom engravings.

  • Deposits and payments on bespoke/custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Please carefully review your design and sizing choices before completing your order.

 


 

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty upon arrival, please notify us immediately at hello@weareceremonia.com. Faulty items will be assessed and, if confirmed, a replacement or store credit may be issued within 28 days of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty upon arrival, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs charges, government taxes, and duties for international orders.

Return shipping costs will be added to repair invoices, and payment is required prior to any repair or replacement. We recommend using insured courier services, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

 


 

Purchases from Stockist Retailers

Items purchased through authorised stockists are subject to the retailer’s own return policies and procedures. Returns cannot be accepted directly by Ceremonia for such purchases.
